This Privacy Policy explains how Everra Collective LLC ("Everra," "we," "us"), a South Carolina limited liability company, collects, uses and shares information through everracollective.com, our Shop, our website design services and the Everra Lead Rescue services.
1. Information We Collect
- Customers (businesses): name, business name, EIN, address, email, phone, billing details (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers), and onboarding information.
- Our customers' contacts: when you call or text a business that uses Everra, we process your phone number, messages, and any details you share (such as name, address, and service request) on behalf of that business.
- Website visitors: information you send through our forms or by email, and technical data such as IP address and browser type processed by our hosting provider.
- Shop customers: name, email, billing country and order details, collected by Payhip at checkout.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and improve the Services, register businesses with phone carriers, process payments, send service and account emails, provide support, and comply with law.
3. SMS / Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers (such as carriers and messaging platforms) as needed to deliver messages.
4. Service Providers
We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so. They process data under their own privacy terms:
- Stripe (stripe.com): payment processing for website builds, Care Plans and Lead Rescue subscriptions, including billing details and fraud prevention.
- Payhip (payhip.com): checkout, file delivery, receipts and sales tax/VAT handling for digital products in our Shop. For EU/UK VAT, Payhip acts as the reseller of record.
- PayPal (paypal.com): an optional way to pay for digital products through Payhip.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): website hosting, content delivery and security (which processes visitor IP addresses and technical request data), and email routing for messages sent to our @everracollective.com addresses.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers the contact and preview-request forms on this website to our inbox.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces on this website; your browser connects to Google to load them.
- HighLevel (CRM and messaging), telecommunications carriers and AI model providers, for Lead Rescue customers.
- Our email provider, to send and receive email.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4a. Payments
Card and PayPal payments are entered on pages hosted by Stripe, Payhip or PayPal. These providers are PCI DSS–compliant. We never receive or store your full card number; we may see your name, email, billing country, the last four digits of your card and what you bought.
4b. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Checkout pages run by Stripe, Payhip or PayPal may use their own cookies, as described in their policies.
5. Data Retention
We keep data while an account is active and for 12 months after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. Depending on your state (e.g., California), you may have rights to access, delete or correct your information. Contact hello@everracollective.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13.
